One of Seven Exercises To Achieve Mental Fitness
The way you talk to yourself is essential; decades of research conclude how you talk to yourself determines how you feel than any other factor.
One personal example I love to read, but I lost the passion a few years back, and I blame audiobooks for that, they are so easy and convenient.
But I love buying a real book, and I had so many unread books that I needed to make a change. So while I was exercising, I would repeat over and over again in my head the statement.
“I love reading books, I love reading books,” I said it so often that I made myself laugh at how crazy I was.
And without doing anything else, the urge to read again came back!
Tip: Never tell yourself you’re a loser or an idiot because everything you say matters.

What is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness is defined as having an attitude of optimism, self-confidence, and good cheer that positively affects everything you do.
Like muscle building, you need to work every day until it becomes a natural part of your daily routine.
