I love to read one personal example, but I lost the passion a few years back, and I blame audiobooks for that; they are so easy and convenient.
But I love buying an actual book, and I had so many unread books that I needed to make a change.
So while I was exercising, I repeatedly repeated the statement.
“I love reading books, I love reading books,” I said so often that I made myself laugh at how crazy I was.
And without doing anything else, the urge to read again came back!
