Yes, Modafinil is Safe

That has to be the most important question, right?

Is Modafinil safe?

I have used Modafinil for nine years. And I once went 12 months without a day off; I got a lot done that year.

Modafinil is a prescription medication. So it is entirely normal for people to take Modafinil every day year after year!

If Modafinil is Safe, Where’s The Evidence?

Today, the Harvard Business Review (HBR) called Modafinil the “Safest Smart Drug.” (1)

In the HBR article ‘Like It or Not, “Smart Drugs” Are Coming to the Office.

The researchers of Harvard and Oxford Medical School showed that Modafinil has significant cognitive benefits.

HBR argues that using Modafinil in the workplace, universities, etc., is becoming commonplace.

“After their study was published, media reports began to refer to Modafinil as the world’s first safe, smart drug.”

Modafinil has emerged as the crown prince of smart drugs that promise:

• Enhanced memory,
• Motivation,
• And an unrelenting ability to focus, all for hours at a time.

Modafinil is believed to enhance short-term memory by as much as 10%.

The Best way to use Modafinil

From personal experience, I can tell you it’s best to follow the recommended dose.

Note: I will only talk about Armodafinil (Waklert and Artvigil) today. Armodafinil has an average duration of 12 hours.

Due to my current work requirements, I prefer longer-lasting Armodafinil over shorter Modafinil (Modalert, Modvigil, and Vilafinil).

Which lasts 12 hours on average. I still use Modalert sometimes, and by sales alone, Modalert is the most popular Modafinil range.

Recommended Dose

Modafinil, 200mg

• Modalert (provigil), Modvigil and Vilafinil.

No more than 400mg or two tablets within 24 hours.

Armodafinil, 150mg

• Waklert (nuvigil) and Arvigil.

No more than 300mg or two tablets within 24 hours.

My Personal Experience

Over the years, I have tried many combinations. Searching for the perfect mix.

The following is what works best for me!

• I use 1 Artvigil 150mg within 1 or 2 hours of waking up for a typical day.
• On a busy day, I take 2 Artvigil. Never together, continuously 2 hours apart. My reason is below.
• My preferred dose is 1 Waklert and 1 Artvigil again, 2 hours apart for an extra busy day.

Why 2 hours Apart?

I once tried taking 2 Artvigil at the same time. My mind felt numb, and I had a terrible headache after about 3 hours.

I don’t recommend taking 2 of any of the Modafinils simultaneously.

Waklert, for me, is very strong; that’s why I mix it with Artvigil. I’m ON FIRE when I take Waklert and Artvigil 2 hours apart.

I’m focused on my tasks and work hours without a break. I don’t even feel hungry; I work.

Modafinil, compared to a close work friend, Paul, loves Waklert.

But Paul never agrees to 2 at the same time. Paul’s perfect dose for a very day is 2 Waklert 2 hours apart.

Conclusion

What convinced me to try Modafinil in the first place was the success my friend at work was getting from Modafinil.

And then, what convinced me that Modafinil was safe? Is all the research available and the people that use Modafinil?
