Thoughts about Moda dosages and overdosing healthy users
Last week many posts came up whereby users explained they could not sleep after taking Moda on 6/7/8 am.
I’m working in a business area where Moda is ubiquitous among my colleagues, so I want to share some experiences with you.
As everybody knows, there are different types of human beings in life.
Some are energetic after 6-7 hours of sleep and don’t have to rely on caffeine to be productive.
Other people, like myself, have been tired, even with a good sleep pattern and a lot of caffeine.
That relates to my job and exercising in the gym, where I’ve been yawning all the time.
I’m very tolerant of caffeine as I’ve been consuming much of it – even before Moda. It’s often discussed what the perfect dosage of Moda might be.
Several posts propose different dosages from 25 to +300 mg without telling about their initial situation.
From my experience, many users who are healthy and generally not that fatigued can see tremendous benefits from 15-50 mg Moda.
50 mg might be too much for many, especially if they have a small amount of coffee and are not heavy caffeine users like me.
In my personal experience, 100 mg + my heavy caffeine intake is often too much, and I’ve trouble sleeping after it.
I’ll have a sharp focus but no jitteriness.
Some colleagues get shaky and anxious if they consume too much caffeine with Moda.
Apart from caffeine intake, be aware of what Moda is prescribed for.
A lower dosage will work if you’re healthy, have a good sleep pattern, and eat healthily.
It’s not possible that some healthy users claim that they don’t respond to 100 mg Moda.
That is often because many users have been taking stimulants like Methylphenidate and comparing that effect to Moda.
Both are different. In my opinion, +200 mg is way too much for non-narcoleptic people.
Try to lower your dosage and not rely on the substance.
Take some days off and respect the drug.
